A Welcoming Space for Everyone

Yogsutra Yogshala was created to give everyone—no matter your age, fitness level, or flexibility—a calm place to practice yoga, stretch, and learn simple breathing exercises.

Our founder, Sameeksha Pharasi, holds a Master's degree in Yoga Science. She noticed that many modern gyms only focus on intense workouts, leaving out the calming and meditative parts of yoga. She wanted to build a studio that teaches both safe, physical movements and simple mindfulness practices.

With clean, natural wood and green indoor plants, we have built a beautiful studio that feels warm and peaceful the moment you walk in.

Our Philosophy

The Meaning of Yogsutra

"Sutra" is an ancient word that means a thread. We see our yoga classes as threads that connect your body, mind, and breathing together.

What is a "Yogsutra"?

Historically, the word "Sutra" means a thread that holds things together. In yoga history, the Yoga Sutras are a collection of short guides on how to live a peaceful and happy life.

Our studio was created not just for physical exercise, but to help you bring these ancient guides of health, breathing, and peace into your modern busy life.
